Paneer Makhani: Super Kwik Mix

for 5 persons

Method:

1 packet Paneer Makhani Kwik mix

Oil: 5 tablespoons (45 ml / 1.52 oz)

Butter: 5 tablespoons (50 g / 1.76 oz)

300g / 10.58 oz Tomatoes (Puree: 350 ml)

Paneer: 200 g / 7.05 oz (Baton Cut - 1inch x 1inch x 3 inches)

Fresh cream: 3 tablespoons (45 g / 1.59 oz)

Milk: 1 Cup (50ml / 1.69 oz)

1. On a Stove, take oil and butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

2. Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Take one packet of Paneer Makhani Kwik mix in a bowl and make a paste by adding 50 ml of Milk to it. Add mixture to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Add paneer rectangular cubes to the pan.

5. Add fresh cream and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.

6. Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves; Serve hot & enjoy!
